Karen joins our EEI Training Team and brings expert skills and knowledge to our team.  She has 30 years in the electronic industry being a IPC Certified Trainer for 14 of those years.  Karen is accredited by IPC as a Certified Master Trainer for IPC 610, IPC J-STD-001, J-STD-001 Space Addendum, IPC WHMA-A-620, IPC WHMA-A-620 space Addendum, and currently a CIT in IPC 771/7721.

Karen has been a Training Supervisor, Quality Manager, and trained on many levels within the production area.  She also has on the job training for rework and repair, BGA replacement, and inspection of PBC’s.  On a technical level, she has also completed procedural updates per company policies, conduct training for ITAR, ESD, Safety and Handling, Component Identification, and Moisture Sensitive Levels of components.
